By booking an appointment with Cathy's Beauty, you agree to our terms and conditions.

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment. While every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

Prices and treatments are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we believe it is not suitable or safe to proceed.

If you have any allergies, medical conditions or concerns that may affect your treatment, please inform us before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to ensure we remain on schedule for all clients.

Certain treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or if you do not attend your appointment.
